Made to Order

Please note that my items are made to order and will ship within 7 business days.

All glass items are created using a flame-work technique, in essence the melting down of glass with a torch, and are one of a kind.

All pieces are kiln annealed for superior strength and durability

  • Glass should always be handled, worn and stored with care. 

  • Glass Jewelry in particular is not meant to be worn during everyday tasks.

  • Pendants with Gold Luster on them may fade overtime, please take special care of it by not harshly wiping or rubbing it with cloth or use any chemicals (such as jewelry cleaners) on items.

  • Straws, wine glasses or other functional items should not be stored along with other glass/metal items without protection. (Just like how you don’t put silver and gold together)

Shipping Domestic

USA & Canada orders will be sent via USPS

  • A customer can select a different courier, such as UPS or FedEx and will be required to pay the difference with the associated costs of a different courier. 

  • All orders will have a tracking number on it.

Shipping International

International Orders

  • I do accommodate international customers, however, international customers should contact me prior to making an order to ensure that a courier can deliver a package to their location.

  • Any import taxes, duties, brokerage fees, and VATs that are collected by the local shipping company upon delivery will not be covered by us. We unfortunately cannot pay those fees since we are a small business. 

  • Please keep that in mind, that if you are an international ordering customer from abroad, that our prices don't include these fees. We won't be able to refund you.

Returns or Exchanges

I believe in 100% customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return your item for a full refund. I gladly accept returns and exchanges. 
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. 
Return Items must be new, unused, and have not been altered in any way.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. 
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or Personalized Items

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Repairs or Broken Straws

I understand accidents can happen, so if your straw was to break, we do free repairs.
We only charge for the cost of shipping back the item.

If for any reason you receive a broken product in the mail, please notify me IMMEDIATELY and email photos. This will help in the process of getting refunded and replace order being sent out to you.

Please contact me within 5 days of delivery.
